Sales and Office Administrator – Buckinghamshire – TW9

Salary: Up to 23k + Benefits

Job outline:

My client, a world leader in sensors, safety, vision and microscopes is looking to hire an experienced Sales and Office Administrator to join their rapidly growing team.

Reporting directly to the Administration Manager you will focus on sales orders, quotes and call handling as well as the preparation of sales statistics and supporting the flow of goods from the parent company through to the end customers.

You will hold a bachelor’s degree and poses strong communication skills, allowing you to handle both internal and external sources.

You will be a highly organised and confident administration professional, able to prioritize efficiently and work to targets. In return my client offers a competitive salary plus benefits, and a chance to work in a stimulating environment in a modern and professional organization.

Qualifications:

  • The successful candidate will ideally be educated to degree level in business or a related HR subject.

Experience:

  • You will ideally have experience in a sales driven, office based role.
  • You will be a confident communicator, able to work towards targets.
  • You will be able to communicate effectively through both written and oral platforms.
