A continuing period of successful growth sees this leading developer of scientific instrumentation now seeking a Business Development Manager to join their facility in Oxfordshire.
Reporting to the MD, this is an exciting time to join a rapidly growing SME, where you will be responsible for developing new customers, increasing new business sales, along with managing new and existing accounts.
The role would suit someone who enjoys new business development, who is happy identifying new business leads and nurturing new customer relationships.
We are looking for an individual with a strong technical background, who is familiar with scienfic instrumentation to sell my client’s products into OEMs, Academic and R&D Institutions.
With your experience to date, you should be able to see how the products can be sold into customer projects.

Experience:
As the successful Business Development Manager, you will have a proven track record in Technical Sales, ideally having worked with similar Instrumentation, UHV / Vacuum or Cryogenic Equipment.
You will have at least 5 years’ experience of Business Development / Sales, ideally with similar products.
Qualifications:
As the successful BDM, in addition to your commercial experience, you will hold a relevant Degree or higher in a related Engineering, Physics or similar field.
