We are working with a design and manufacturing company based in Nottingham who have a requirement for a Business Operations Manager to join their growing team.
As the Operations Manager, you would be responsible for managing all HR duties and processes for a team of 30 employees including office staff and engineers.
You will identify areas where processes can be improved, this includes organising and booking training activities and days for the team.
You will also take over the recruitment processes, organise interviews and put together paperwork for new starters.
Working with Senior Management, you will support their plans to identify new premises for expansion. This will include managing the budget, project management and implementation.
The successful individual will have exceptional people skills and be will able to use their initiative to identify where something can be improved.
Candidates MUST be eligible to work and live in the UK. Copies of Visa and Passport will be requested.
