A market leader in the development of Vacuum Technologies is now looking for a Customer Care Manager to join their Surrey based facility.
In this new role as Customer Care Manager you will lead the customer care team, driving and implementing the customer care strategy to ensure customer care is at it’s best and is aligned with wider business goals.
Your key responsibility will be to lead the Customer Care Team, based in UK and Northern Europe, ensuring customers are provided with first class customer service. This will include managing all of the Customer Care Team activities, including enquiries, quotations, orders, invoicing and also customer complaints your aim will be to maintain a first-class customer service.
You will oversee and manage customer orders including reception, checking and processing; and follow up orders (deliveries, documentation to be sent to the customers).
Further you will be responsible for invoicing, managing material returns and credit notes as well as managing and tracking overdue orders.

Experience and Qualifications:
Ideally you will be an experienced B to B customer care professional who has worked with manufactured goods in diverse industrial / R&D areas. Such experience is preferred although not essential.
You will have demonstrable experience with customer relationship management, and team leadership. You should also have familiarity with SAP systems and MS Office.
