My client who is a world leading developer of specialist Instrumentation and sensors, now seeks a Customer Support Agent to join their expanding team.
The focus of this role will be to improve the customer experience, create engaged customers, and build suitable and mutually beneficial relationships.
On a daily basis you will be dealing with customers via phone and email, and logging customer requests, questions and complaints, via a variety of support channels.
You will then be working across all departments to process customer support tickets, and keep track of customer expectations and any recurring issues.
As the successful candidate you will be a dynamic and dedicated individual with the ability to prioritise and multitask.

Applicants should hold at least a Bachelor’s degree in a related technical or scientific discipline.
An understanding of Optical fibre/Fibre optics is not essential, but an interest, or technical background in similar would be advantageous.
Candidates should have customer support experience, and have excellent communication skills.
Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK. Copies of Passport and Visa will be requested.
