A market leader in the development of innovative scientific vacuum products is now looking for a Junior Sales Engineer to join their expanding team.
You will be mainly responsible for accounts in the Research and Development and Academic Sectors.
Reporting to the Business Line Manager, you will manage existing accounts, and also research and identify new customers.
You will be expected to deliver excellent customer service by being the first point of contact for all technical queries on vacuum products as well as offering relevant and timely vacuum solutions.
To enable business and sales growth, you will analyze market requirements and competitor activities ensuring my client continues to succeed.
Through building strong customer relationships, with potential and existing customers you will influence customer investments and their decision making in purchasing vacuum products.
As and when required, you will conduct engaging and targeted presentations for customers and participate at exhibitions in order to develop relationships with potential customers.
Working in collaboration with marketing, other sales departments and Service you will develop potential customer relations.
You will also monitor order intake and margin for the assigned customers and region to ensure business flow and that success is being achieved.
As the successful Junior Sales Engineer, you will have a strong understanding of Vacuum Science and the Industrial Sector. Experience in Sales is advantageous.
Ideally you will be qualified to at least Degree level in an Engineering or Science discipline.
Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK. Copies of Passport and Visa will be requested.
