A leading developer of flexible electronics is now looking for an RF Engineer to join their Cambridge facility, providing support to RFID applications.
Our client is seeking a highly capable Engineer who can support their RFID products through development and into customer supply chains, from characterisation of individual ICs, to design and validation of novel antenna and tag designs in new use cases and form factors.
Working mainly in the lab you will design, develop and implement evaluation procedures for tags and RF communication protocols feeding back results to the appropriate teams within the organisation to inform improvements in the designs and processes.
In addition you will advise and support the sales and business development teams on customer applications and use cases. This will include the design and implementation of application demonstrators, writing custom code to analyse data and results at scale.
