My client who is a leading distributor of specialist sensors and data acquisition systems now requires a further Sales Engineer to manage and develop sales across the south of the UK.
Working with clients across automotive, Aerospace, Engineering, Rail and Universities, you will take responsibility for the full sales cycle from initial contact to post-sales support.
On a daily basis you will interface with customers via phone, email and face to face to discuss product, and undertake product demonstrations as well as issue quotations and undertake follow up activities.
You will be working closely with my clients suppliers/principles, selling my clients entire range of sensors to both new and existing customers.
As well as identifying new potential markets and applications, you will also support activities such as trade shows and exhibitions.
It is expected that you will be a strong communicator and relationship builder with a background in the sales and promotion of sensors, data acquisition or similar.

The successful candidate will have a qualification in engineering or similar, and be able to show an understanding of sensors and/or data acquisition.
