A leading specialist in Optical and Thin Film Technologies is now looking for an additional Service Relationship Manager, to manage the Northern Europe Customer base.
Working from my client’s offices in Manchester, you will be required to managed and develop the service and support side of my client’s business.
This will include developing customer relationships at a plant, operations and maintenance management level.
By nurturing customer relationships your focus will be to support the client with all service related activities and develop my client’s service and support function.
On a daily basis you will be working with new and existing customers and providing quotations and pricing for service support and upgrades to capital equipment.
As the first point of contact for the customer, you will be responsible for building and nurturing customer relationships, answering all of their queries, concerns or issues including problems, solutions, complaints, upgrades and more.
The role will involve regular travel throughout the UK, Ireland and Northern Europe to visit customers and attend conferences and exhibitions.
Flexibility to travel nationally and internationally with a full valid driving licence and valid passport is essential.

Experience and Qualifications:
As the successful Service Relationship Manager, you will have significant experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, or Sales working with Capital Equipment.
Ideally you will be familiar with vacuum Technologies, Thin Film and Optical Technologies is essential for this role.
Candidates MUST be eligible to work and live in the UK. Copies of Passports and Visas will be requested for verification.
Due to the travel requirements, to visit customers, attend exhibitions etc, you MUST hold a valid UK Driving Licence.
