A leading manufacturer of Semiconductor Equipment now requires an additional Technical Sales Support Engineer to join a permanent position (Hybrid working) based in Bristol.
You will be a part of an Upgrades team and your key objectives would be to compile quotations, enabling upgrades to be quoted to the customer. Carrying out technical reviews, creating specification documents and providing product support to the Sales, Operations and Engineering functions. Identifying new opportunities for upgrade sales and create new upgrade offers.
Working in collaboration with the Order and Sales Teams, you will ensure timely and accurate responses for quotations and tenders, where necessary, taking a lead in complex bid requirements.
You will manage to successful conclusion all technical queries from sales and internal colleagues. Ensure pre order information is effectively and proactively handed over to post-sales support team.
Ideally you will hold an HNC/HND or Degree in a relevant Engineering discipline.
As the successful Technical Sales Support Engineer, you should have gained experience working in a similar Customer Services / Sales Support or Internal Sales role, working with hi-tech equipment and manufacturing teams.
You should be able to translate the customer orders into manufacturing instructions.
