Providing support to the Engineering Team you will be required to develop and improve the test and measurement capabilities and build the expertise in application specific device driving.

You will perform effective test protocols to measure parametric and stress test performance; and perform data extraction and analysis routines to provide feedback on device results.

Working with the Engineer you will establish new stress/reliability measurement equipment.

Supporting continuous improvements, you perform failure analysis of the devices.

Another key duty is the writing of wafer maps for the device testing to allow the execution of semi-auto testing procedures.

Within the industry documentation is essential, so you will prepare documentation to support development of test methodology and test equipment operation.
